Technology Education Portfolio

As part of my graduation requirement in the Educational Technology department at PACE University, I completed a technology internship and compiled my work into a 5-section portfolio.

Technology Education: Courses

Planning – Assessment of candidate’s ability to plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology. (Assessment of candidate’s ability to coach teachers to apply knowledge skills and dispositions effectively in practice)


** Worked with second grade teachers to come up with a project that ties into the curriculum, worked out communities project.

** First grade teacher were working on writing complete sentences, so had students type complete sentence about a picture their parents emailed in.

** Collaborated with each grade level team to design curriculum-aligned technology projects for the classes.

** Updated Briarcliff Manor's elementary school curriculum webpage by gathering curriculum information from each grade level team.

** Work with teachers to develop their own class notebooks in OneNote, add students, set up content area, etc.

** “On-Call” with fifth grade teachers, whenever they have an issue with their computers, or student laptops, or SmartBoards, I go around and help

** Teaching computer classes, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes
